Strong candidate for cartoon of the year. After bad experiences last year, I laid down the law this year. Any time I even see your phone, you get zero for that day’s work. If it goes off, the entire class gets a pop quiz. So far it’s worked like a dream; knock on wood!And, I don’t feel even remotely like an oppressor. After all, the school administration has hung posters in the halls saying “There are more important things in life than your phone. Like your education. Turn it off.”
