The problem I have with the NAACP as an organization is they treat their own membership as if they are incapable of thinking for themselves, or incapable of taking care of themselves. As for media coverage? All the liberal media headlines read something like this: ABC: Mitt Romney Booed at NAACP Event, NBC: Romney Booed by NAACP Crowd, or even Al Jazeera: Romney booed at civil rights group meeting. Heaven forbid should they focus on the fact that he was given a standing ovation for his defense of traditional families. Even this story from CNN accentuates the booing, but underplayed the positive and 4 lines from the end of the article is the first mention of a standing ovation. So yeah… I give the guy credit for going into a hostile environment and sticking to his beliefs. Courage of one’s convictions is something to not just approve, but to emulate. Even if you don’t agree with those specific convictions, you have to give him kudos for doing what he did.
Defend traditional marriage from what? Who’s trying to destroy anyone’s marriage? If Fred and Steve or Norma and Eileen want to get married, how does that affect IN ANY WAY anybody else’s marriage?

One of the NAACP folks should have shouted ‘YOU LIE’ Republicans think that’s just fine and dandy.

The lion’s den? What, the members of the NAACP are not human beings with intrinsic value as people?

Hey, there is no reason to use hurtful language like libtard, or would you like me to refer to you as a conidiot?

@mdavis“Romney got a standing ovation. Why can’t y’all cover that?” These posters are all about slinging mud.
