Most states have age minimums for any work. The one that most of the people I know go to won’t even let them in the door if they are under 18…and they ask for those id’s FAST.
1. They ain’t cheap. Even assuming the was old enough, the one Lio’s asking ( I’m assuming he wants a full color job ) for would run him $250.00 minimum
2. They ain’t quick The really elaborate ones can take more than a dozen sessions and several months to finish.
