    I take Yoga as part of a fitness program. It’s effective, but not for the faint of heart, at least not the version I’m taking.

    Phunnie…. in my house, what Papi’s doing wasn’t a yoga position, it was called a peepee dance.It was performed outside the bathroom door with the dancer repeating the word please.

    That pose, the ‘eagle’…has a pa kua (‘bag wa’ etc) posture similar…but it isn’t held very long. Sort of unwinds.

    I LIKE watching Papi ‘living la yoga vida’…
