P1: Looks like the school cafeteria to me. Where has Cortez Beecher been? As the closer, he seemed to have a minor role this Spring. Dinny has a bright future as a stalker.
In high school yearbook class they taught us never to shoot pictures through doors or of whole rooms to focus on one or two people. This strip thrives on that kind of drawing. What is with P. 1 & P. 2? I guess we couldn’t think of a storyline for summer (how about swim team?) so we’ll keep this one going until football.
Dinny has turned out to be a more pathetic beta male than I first imagined. “I so sad… I am going to hang out with my friend’s ex-girlfriend’s kid.” Thorp should kick him out of sports on principle alone.
I’m expecting a visit from Judge Judy pretty soon to decide who gets to be on Dr. Phil with Dinny and Darby. And on whose lap will Jax be sitting? Id rather see Moon and Gil throwing shots down on the 19th hole.
