Hearing too many similes in a row is like having twenty dictionaries dropped on your head at once. It’s like hearing the same tedious song overandoverandover again while the same person sings along completely off-pitch and with the wrong words. It’s like when you get stuck alone in a dark room with a person who will only talk about himself. It’s like…ok forget it. :)
