Ew, I don’t care if he’s 5… make his stop! Our 5 year old neighbor boy is so rude and has no manners, and I hate being around him. He litters everywhere and thinks it’s funny. He has no respect for anyone, including his mother, and I know he’s going to be a nightmare when he goes up, just like Francis.
