Steaming open a letter makes the paper wrinkled.Better to use an ex-acto knife and slit the end of the envelope then glue it back when you are through reading.
I agree. Lila is entitled to opening it but then again, maybe she thinks Annie would be disappointed if Lila read her test results without her.
