The art of subtlety.You would think with the job market these days that being a bad employee wouldn’t be tolerated, but it’s amazing how terrible some places are. It annoys me to no end, because I always think of friends who are desperately looking for work while someone who doesn’t deserve it gets away with whatever they want.
Its almost policy to give glowing recommendations to individuals you want off your team or out of you department in some companies I’ve worked for. So then the bad employees just get shifted around…
