    What’s really sad is the the Bureau of Safety and Energy Enforcement (the former Minerals Management Service) send inspectors to it every so often.

    He should use plastic fish (yes, they make them!), so if his rig does spring a leak, they won’t end up floating upside down.

    Folks, and fish, should look at how the regulations were relaxed, in 2007, to make it “easier” on BP and the others, like the ones who haven’t paid any royalties on that oil from the Gulf, in decades.
