Fritz Ann would get my vote. Love this strip a lot.

Umm…so what was the special job that DT had for Bogart the Roach? Did I miss that connection?

The only suspect I have so ar is Ms Steffihawk the (unseen) receptionist. Fritz Ann went back to the FBI.

Can’t be Fritz Ann, since she has left. According to Panda, the mole is “as of today,” so it should be someone new in (or around) the MCU; or, I grant, someone long there but newly turned. Do we know of anyone who fits either description?

i dont think its fritz ann either… teevo, to my knowledge, hasnt made an appearance in a while so it couldnt be him. maybe mr crime is blackmailing b.o. and gertie and they planted a camera at HQ?

If there is a mole, it’s gotta be someone new. The BO Plenty idea might be right, since Mike/Joe didn’t have a plausible reason for an appearance.

Awhile back, Panda told BB Eyes that they had a mole in the department, one who “lost” BB’s old crime records.So it would seem that the mole’s been there awhile but has just now been moved into the Major Crime Unit. Hmmmm….

Recall that Mike gave a TIP on the D.T. Yahoo board that Teevo had a special ’ role ’ to play ! .And there it was, I was thinking he was going to drop his ’ messaging ’ Secretarial skirt and show us he was a man ! .Perhaps, play a stering role in an up coming ’ shoot out ’ that’s been promised. Maybe even saving Tracy’s life (?)But being a Mole might well be the special role Mike has in mind ?

Prior to Mr. Crime (1952) there had been a Crime Syndicate boss called The King,a year earlier, in 1951. He had a role in the Crewy Lou story.’At the end, he was “dethroned” and put in prisonKind of individual already been there,, who might have the desire for power again (?)But I’m not sure - Mike even ’ remembers ’ him ?

It might be a stretch, but don’t forget that Blackjack had access to Tracy’s Wrist Wizard for a short time. He might have been on Mr. Crime’s payroll to get caught, get the Wrist Wizard, and give Crime’s people access to the software/system.

And Blackjack is Mr. Crime running the show from prison where he won’t be suspected.

Hi Mike ! This tale your weaving is fantastic. The strip is simply said the finest one in the business. I’ve been a fan for almost 70 years and the art & writing is a credit to you & Joe.You guys never cease to amaze me. Keep up the good work,I’ve got a strong feeling a " Ruben " is on the horizon.

Okay, I keep hearing, “The following takes place between 9 A.M. and 10 A.M. The events take place in real time.” Our favorite strip seems to be taking on the old “24” plot. There was always a mole in CTU. Okay friendly writers, are you fans of the show?

I speculated yesterday that Davey Mylar might be Mr. Crime but how about Flaky Biscuits? It appeared that she was the one that killed Hot Rize.

I have no inside information, but my guess for a mole would be someone whose job is handling paperwork such as maintaining files & other records. Makes it easy to access and lose files when part of your job is taking care of them. This could also include someone in the evidence room.

And really, in large organizations how much attention is paid to clerks and secretaries as they come and go about their business? One could easily overhear all kinds of information in the MCS squad room.

I’m glad I came back to check out DT again. I’ve been following it for about a month now. Really good work, exceeding my expectations by far.
