You expect us to believe that Ryan cares about the citizens of this country when he comes out with his tax cuts for the rich, cut benefits for the poor and middle class budgets every year?

Medicare certainly would cost less once the Ryan budget elimates seniors and the handicapped and the seriously ill. And the Bo. Nbbomegrs will die much sooner, freeing up more tax money to hand out to wall stree backs and the wealthy,

excuse me, but I believe Obamacare stole 1/2 Billion from Medicare! I doubt the Ryan Plan does anything like that….but Medicare is so close to bankruptcy that adding more aging people to coverage will doom the program as is. Medicare must be re-designed by Congress….and Obamacare is not acceptable for fiscal conservatives….loading more coverage to State Medicaid without federal funding!-Obamacare is intended to relieve business from paying for employee plans and to ruin private insurance so that the planned “crisis” will ensure Socialized National H’care!Hello “USSA”….

Businesses don’t pay for employee medical insurance. The employee pays the entire bill including the part the employer supposedly covers. It’s all part of your compensation for working there. Very simply, an employee cannot cost the company money. Every other industrialized nation in the world has some form of universal health care and they’re not all going bankrupt because of it.

Classic Ramirez reversal of facts. The Ryan plan destroys not just Medicare, but ALL social and environmental agencies and programs. Only “defense” and programs to support the top 1% survive in the “Ryan Plan”, which is a LOT more than just “Medicare”.

No, no, I’ve heard about this. Republicans have nothing remaining, correct? They’ve burnt bridges with women, latinos, blacks, the LGBT community, veterans, unions… The only thing they can do now is take some of their most flagrant flaws, and just SAY that the other side is guilty of that exact same thing.-Obama’s Health care solution is far from perfect. I just tend to think it’s imperfect from the opposite direction that connies think it’s flawed. I think it gives too MUCH to Insurance Scam Artists—I mean companies.

Republicans fail at math. Paul Ryan is a Republican. Private insurance costs more and delivers less benefits than Medicare.

I’d much rather have a government bureaucrat (who has no vested interest in stockholders’ feelings) involved in my healthcare than a private sector bean counter whose only interest is getting an extra $0.0001 per share dividend at the expense of my health. Don’t try to tell me that wouldn’t happen because it already has.

keeper98 you are only less moronic than my other favorite loony liberal, dtroutma.Roughly speaking it costs an employer about 35% of each employee’s salary to cover the benefits each employee receives. To say that each employee pays for their own health care is speaking from one’s own anus.Seems that before you dolts comment on facts, you ought to first learn what the sad truth of running a business is all about instead of pontificating from your socialist made totally organic wicker stools on subjects you don’t really understand, but I guess this is what happens from a Government School, now lets’ all stand and sing the Pioneers song and if you don’t know what a Pioneer is, you’re not up on your USSR history.

thank you James Padget.I have been an employer and I know from experience that the EMPLOYER pays 50% of each worker’s total social security tax, and 100% of unemployment tax to the state, and according to agreement with workers, a hefty % of healthcare insurance premiums.-I am a bookkeeper and I know that all these costs are an expense to the business on top of the net salary of the worker. But they are not a part of the worker’s “salary”….they are a part of our “overhead expenses” to add to all other expenses to get our net profit which is taxable income.

Medicare makes a lot of crooks very, very rich, and very, very easily, while making its clients into crooks..It is a poster child of Big Government gone nuts..The Ryan plan introduces some semblance of personal accountability, while expands individual choice, and most importantly, preserves the system for future clients . . . .!!!.But of course, since it accomplishes this at the expanse of Big Government – the Leftists must hate it.

This cartoon is off. The ryan plan wants to “save” medicare by cutting it. In order for the cartoon to be accurate, one of the firemen would have to go up their and saw the woman in half first.
