OK .. so poor Farley but honestly .. writing as one who was sorta like Janice (even in the 60s) .. I kinda like the character. Brings back memories of playing Army .. marching thru the woods with a bunch of neighborhood girls . and me always being a Buck Private. However — given the prevailing attitudes at the time (the early 60s), there was NO chance of doing this being a co-ed activity.
