Yea!! Thank God that crappy college basketball is finally OVER. I am going to see NY Mets vs. the Braves on opening day. I think the Mets will win 7-4. I will the "Kid—Gary Carter.
I would enjoy baseball a lot more if they would trim the season from 162 games to, say, 40. It’s hard for me to get excited about a single baseball game when I know there will wind up being 161 more exactly like it…………..

i hate baseball also. It seems to just go on and on. What is it? Like 152 games and then playoffs? Seems like they play all the way into November.
