First I would like to apologize for the apparent spam generated on Saturday in my name selling counterfeit and overpriced “safety analysis” reports regarding Roy’s incorrect rigging of the “Comfy Tune Out” apparatus. Unfortunately I cannot reimburse those folks that (in good faith) paid for these counterfeit document(s), as the credit card charges were transferred to an un-named offshore account. Also, my lawyer in Barbados advised me that those unfortunate victims should have noticed the obvious misspelling of Ess’s name (Exx’s) as an indication of fraud and that they should have “known better”…. oh, enough of that boring blather. The purpose of my update today is to provide a “heads-up” that Chuck’s contraption was NOT purchased at MMM&HE, as she only sell products that have been personally tested and deemed safe for the residents of BS… a quick search on the Gaggle Plutonium search engine found that the product Chuck is displaying is not only UL listed and unapproved by OSHA, but is NOT fabricated using recycled materials… therefore not complying with BS HOA Covenants under the clause of Yard Ornamentation/Decorative, pp. 4.3.8; so buyers beware!!! (…now where did I put that Banana Boat Sunscreen?)
