A day ago they agreed they could only afford bread and cheese in the park.But I have to say…. a trip to France without EVER eating in a restaurant would be sad.If I ever get to Europe you can bet I’ll try a few restaurants, even if I sleep in a hostel or on somebody’s couch.Um…. anybody got a couch in Paris? Anywhere in Europe?I’m not fussy….

I did not enjoy the food in Paris. Well, I did not enjoy the restaurants. I did like going to a corner patisserie and grabbing a baguette sandwich to eat while walking around looking at the sights. And you could get the BEST desserts at those little shops too. Skip the restaurants. Grab the portable food and walk around.

When I was in Paris we couldn’t afford upscale restaurants, but I don’t remember any bad food.
