Me and Josh used to play “sleeping beauty” when we were little. He say I always looked beautiful when I took a nap (sigh).

Oh, you kinky Prince! But seriously, roosters don’t have lips. And even if it does work, that poor girl is gonna need a LOT of therapy! :)

When she awakens, she’ll have one terrible case of “morning breath.” That’s why the prince brought the cockadoodler. He doesn’t want to get near her.

Come on, folks! Sleeping Beauty was asleep in her castle surrounded by a thicket of thorny briars. It WAS Snow White that the dwarfs put into a glass-topped bier in the woods.

Stuart is right. It has to be Snow White, but the artist is confused and painted in Sleeping Beauty’s long blonde hair. It should be Snow White with short, dark hair.

OK, now I’m completely confused. Is that Snow White or Sleeping Beauty? Is that a squirrel or a beaver? Is the rooster going to crow or be cooked for dinner? Is somebody going to get kissed ? Does the prince have chicken lips? Is that Bambi? Are the dwarfs going into therapy? Can anyone explain all of this to me?

The rooster (also known as a cock) is there to give Sleeping beauty a peck on the cheek. Why the prince has a leash on his, um, rooster, is beyond me though.

^You ARE right about her being Snow White in glass in the woods! Where did people get the Sleeping Beauty thing? Really people, get your stories right :-)

The whole concept of the strip is wrong, that’s why people are confusing Snow White and Sleeping Beautiy. In version of Sleeeping Beauty was she ever put in a glass coffin.

had the prince not said that it was sleeping beauty i would think it was snow white also except for the blonde hair sleeping beauty fell asleep with her whole castle not in the woods … i think we are taking the whole strip to seriously … the joke was that the prince didn’t know what to do with his … uh … rooster.
