It never stops even when stars advance in years. Many still do that stuff to stay as far away from their true age as they can.
Agreed! Once you get past the first couple steps, the rest of it is a fun run up that gets more challenging the longer you’re there. ;-)
I used to know a 90 year old man that could work men half his age into the ground. He didn’t worry too much about the gray in his hair.
