January 2009, Bush term ended, average unleaded gasoline price per gallon was $1.78.February 2012, Obama begins 4th year in term, average price now $3.64.USA oil production up slightly on private lands, but on all federal lands and offshore controlled by Obama, production is DOWN, and all permits have been put on slowdown by the Obama officials, and Obama nixed the Canadian pipeline into Limbo…..knowing that the more supply of oil to refine, the lower the cost at the gas pump.
Environmentalists will be glad to see gas hit $6 a gallon. As for me, I couldn’t get my bike fixed after that stupid Prius snuck up on me and crushed it.but no worries, I’m picking up my new bike next week just in time. So $6 won’t bother me much…the rest of you will have to wait until President Romney gets into office for relief in the price of gas.

The President doesn’t decide gas prices.Michelle Obama may have caused more gas in the school lunchrooms with her natural foods, however.
