want to tie mitt to the grill of my car and drive it at high speed down the interstate. him screaming and begging, and i’m telling him bail yourself out mitt.
1. The auto bailout was Bush’s idea, originally ~17 billion and Obama chipped in ~80 billion more.2. Most of that has been paid back.3. It worked, with GM having the most profit in their history last quarter.
Both the Bush and Obama administrations can take credit for an idea that worked and saved jobs. Two administrations who worked together for the good of the country? Blasphemy, I know.
Meanwhile, Ford refused the “bailout” money, and they’re doing far better than Chrysler and GM. It’s what happens when you become beholden to Big Brother…you lose all incentive to succeed. OH WOW…I just had an epiphany…Obama’s policies are simply subsidizing utter failure…Punish success, and reward crushing incompetence. That is PRECISELY Obama’s model.
“NBC News reports many Democrats and minorities who voted for Obama in 2008 will vote Republican in 2012 as Obama has not done enough for them.”Rolling. On. The. Floor. Laughing. Not sure which idiot made that claim, but they aren’t voting Republican. Otherwise the Republican party would not be doing everything they can to suppress the minority vote.Obama’s job approval rating among non-whites has climbed to 73%.
saving the us auto industry was a ballsy and correct move. besides keeping 10’s of thousands in work, in their homes and off the unemployment lines living in tent cities it is a national security neccessity. who are we going to buy our weapons from in the next (inevitable GOP) war? china?
why are contracts with failed CEO’s and board members sacrosanct, under GOP-speak, but all unions are to be abrogated?
You should thank unions zit. Make a living wage? Thank the unions. get a weekend off? Thank the unions. Don’t get killed at work? (and I mean litteraly survived the work day, did not get killed on the job) Thank the unions. Want a good example of what happens to workers without a union, look at china. The “job creators” don’t care about you, or your life. Just the bottem line. thats why the unions exsist.

Was(or is) MittBot’s opposed to Bush’s bailout of Wall Street? I find if odd that no one has asked that question.
