4 clowns. and some states only 2 clowns on the gop primary. the gop voter this year is in serious trouble. and, the convention will become a battle royale between 4 clowns. back room deal. fox news is trying to put lipstick on these pigs , but people know it is still a pig.
Right, Howgozit; Two guys in a car—the driver steers off a cliff, then hands the wheel to the other guy mid-plummet. Friends of the driver gather around to console themselves, and blame the guy who was in the “in control” when the car hit bottom. Now, they’re trying to get him to bill HIS insurance, and stand around grousing that the car isn’t fixed yet. BTW, the original driver walked back to Texas, and hasn’t been heard from since.
As I have mentioned before, I’ve heard talk on the net of brokered convention for the Repubs and Jeb Bush as the candidate of choice
I don’t know how much creedence to give that rumor, but let’s assume it happens, for the sake of argument.
First, there’s Jeb’s last name. No need to elaborate there.
Strike one
Second, and I think even more significantly, he’ll have less than five months to put together a campaign against a guy whose had more than two years to get ready.
Strike two
Third, a lot of rank and file Repubs are going to view this as the Party big-shots ramming THEIR choice down the ordinary peoples’ throats.
I know you’d really LIKE to believe that, and maybe you’re so deluded that you actually do; however, that doesn’t make it true. We thought President Obama would immediately attempt to establish a fairer playing field based on a common purpose of the people, which is to thrive and live in relative comfort, secure from dangers created by the ruthless and insincere (much like yourself); however, he took three years attempting to establish a sense of cooperation between D’s and R’s before he finally realized that the R’s had no intention of cooperating with ANYTHING that came from him regardless of how much pain and suffering their intransigence caused working families. Despite this somewhat of a failure to understand the determination of the R’s to protect the obscene profits of the super wealthy, our President did manage to somewhat turn the tables and create some good. Now that he’s taken off the gloves, the people will line up behind him once again, although somewhat less enthusiastically, defeat whichever clown the R’s finally decide on and then start taking the really big steps of reversing the damage created by Republican insistence on deregulation and upward redistribution of wealth.
The problem is they have no viable intellect, not just candidate. As to the “driver” issue, “W” was the Ambien driver, Cheney held the wheel, Rumsfeld stepped on the gas, Rove cut the brake line, Richard Perle raided the trunk, Condi Rice punctured the radiator, and Colin Powell in charge of the tires ran flat. NO, it wasn’t JUST “Bush”, it was a whole team running for the “Big C”, corporations that is, and they failed to treat the cancer their own policies created, and metastized, globally.

I’d be searching too if it was me. Of course, I would suggest the same to the Democrats as their man isn’t doing them any favors, either.

Huntsman was probably their best bet but he was too intelligent and reasonable.

Don’t understand why one is looking in the toilet. Haven’t they pulled enough “candidates” out of there already?
