Various pharmaceuticals can be effectively employed for this purpose, as can retro-fitted alien technology (refer to MIB Agency, class of ‘90) or psionic powers. K. El/C. Kent (Class of ’33, Dean Emeritus) has another method of erasing memories (Refer to “Superman II,” dir. Richard Lester, 1980), but it’s not to be used on minors…
