Gil’s classic huddle gathering, as previously evidenced in Jan 14 and Jan 27 strips among others I’m sure.Slap ’em sign guy is pretty gutsy taking his sign to an away game.

Lini’s not supposed to get sick! It should be one of the tattoo boys getting hepatitis. Even with Lini out, Milford should beat Goshen. Beecher alone would make almost any high school team unbeatable.

And no mention of Parker’s new tattoo?

These Milford guys crack me up. White unis on the road, Claude Akins coaching in disco club clothes and The President of the Bowtie Revolution practicing his weely drama exercise. Milford’s 21st century version of Clyde Bean and Ernie Fenton?

Hmm, Lini feeling sick and Cortez turning into a raptor (look at those claws in p1), nice story twist, the non-tattoo guys having trouble. And wouldn’t traditional coaching would be to not worry about the other teams, just concentrate on our own games?

Time for Parker to step up……or fall down.

Almost three months of this, and there’s really no plot to the storyline is there?

Is hepatitis contagious? Lini caught it from Parker!

So just when MILFord is on the verge of actually winning something, players will get sick and cost them the title. The non-championship tradition continues!

I’m surprised we haven’ heard more about Milford’s world-class weight coach. The guys on the basketball team are cut like college seniors getting ready to turn pro.

Set up: Lini is out… Parker needs to step up. Issue: Parker is too distracted by his friendship with Ranson, his attention seeking, and his new tats. Conflict: Gil and Parker are not seeing eye to eye, and Parker will not take his advice, since he has been only a coach for 55 years. Climax: Parker gets angry during the game and fouls out when they need him in the game. Conclusion: Milford does not make the playdowns, and Parker learns a valuable lesson that being a former member of the Australian Special Air Service does not excuse you from your current illegal bootleg movie business.

….now Gil (P2) is starting to look like “the great” Frank Sutton (Sgt. Carter) on Gomer Pyle!

    Where is Marshall Lopat?

Actually I think the tattoo guy is from New Zealand, that’s the country that calls themselves “Kiwi’s”

Learned that from studying Xena, Warrior Princess, always loved a babe in a leather armored corset, also her side kick Gabriella was much hotter

Lini’s dandruff problem is out of control! No wonder he feels miserable. His scalp is itching like mad in P3.

The storyline is tattoos. There are only 3 panels a day. It’s a comic strip about a coach. If you need a more complicated story so badly, go read a book.
