Funny but worryingly true, I had a brand new Citroen a few years back, went back to the dealer the next day to pick up some extras and went over a recessed drain cover, and the screen cracked (10 inch), it took 6 months for them to fix it, this involved complaining to Citroen head office and, trading standards and telling several watchdog programs about the problem _
