I think something is missing. Maybe the shirt reads “EARLY TATTOO PARLOR” and the recession isn’t really over yet. Or maybe it’s “EARL’S TATTOO PARLOR” and Earl’s recession is over because he finally has a “big customer.” Or maybe I’m just extra-stupid today.
