I would leave, if the bank is FDIC insured, the money is safe, I would protect myself!!
That would be a crime, Rob the bank & make it outside just in time to see the cops having your car towed away.
The fact that the robber is talking to Ziggy is giving Ziggy a chance to give the police a really good description of him.
If the cops are coming they would have to arrest Ziggy too. He is in the bank with no pants on.
