OK… I’ve got nothing against Lila preferring a creative, financially challenged academic over a rich guy, especially when the latter is a spoiled bore.
But I’ve said before I think Trace was a jerk for his sneaky approach to cadging a trip to Europe for himself and Annie, against Lila’s specific wishes.
All that said – I’m no candidate for sainthood, and I’m NOT judging her morals.
As long as Annie is in good hands and Lila is properly careful, the decision to sleep with whoever she likes is hers alone.
I just don’t like her giving her heart to either of these guys.
I’m still hoping Lila will come to her senses and choose Dr. Klein, despite the fact that he bores her. OMG, girl, wake up and smell the bacon. He’s RICH!
Lila’s cute when she’s disheveled. As to being morally disheveled…she’ll figure it out. (Though hopefully not for a while, this strip is too much fun.)

With hindsight, we now see that last week’s Lila in Santa’s lap episode (“tramp”, “hussy”) was merely foreshadowing.

Everyone refers to “it” as “sleeping” with someone. It’s not the sleeping part that causes problems, it’s when their still awake that causes problems.
