I recently recieved a letter about a breach of my personal information from my Dentist office. His office was subject to a break -in during which the office computer’s “back up” server tapes were stolen. These tapes contained protected health information about me. Also my SS number is contained on these tapes. Now I’m recommended to place a FRAUD alert and a Security Freeze. Sad, but true.
