I think Mr. Obama’s problem is that he has surrounded himself with Advisors who only show an interest in the biggest losers in Society. First it was concern for people who were losing their homes because they cashed out their equity to live beyond their means; next it was the health care uninsured; now it’s students who took on loads of debt to pay for a BA in liberal arts with no concept of how that education would fund the repayment of the loans. And always their answer to the problem is: Tax the rich and redistribute the money to people who will vote for us.

If, instead, they would craft their policies to provide equal opportunities and access rather then equal outcomes they would have made a lot of headway. Mr. Obama and his friends assume that because the Denizens of Obamaburgs (AKA Occupy Wallstreet) are unhappy then that somehow translates into the system is wrong.

He should have spent more time as a Senator and learned how a Capitalistic Society works before he assumed the mantle of leadership. Because he has the title but he sure doesn’t offer leadership.

Even Reagan and GHW saw that “Reaganomics” was flawed and attempted adjustments. “W” re-dubbed it “Shrubenomics”, offered no analysis or corrections, tanked the economy, and Ramirez is worried about reinstating REAGAN tax levels on the wealthy???? Maybe Norquist drew this toon?

Hey! Another useless cartoon by Ramirez! It goes to show you that if you keep repeating a lie, then you are definately a Republican.

When did the government get into the business of the Kingdom of God? Doesn’t THAT bust up your insistence of “separation of Church and State?” I sware, you lefties don’t think when you bring stuff like this up, because everything Christ says is in the context of the individual, rather than the collective. The collective is mindless, just like leftist ideology.

grayhares, I hate to break it to you, but right now it’s less than 90%. In case you’ve missed it, there’s a bit of a jobs crisis going on caused by the financial crisis YOUR 1% heroes created.

Obamanomics was going pretty good until Americans made the mistake of putty the Party of NO in charge of Congress. Oh, and which party’s watch did this mess happen again? Mr. Ramirez looks like one of those Republicans who can’t remember past last Tuesday.

Jay Smith, sorry. Neil Armstrong is still the first man to walk on the moon, Lincoln is still the President who freed the slaves, and Bush is still the guy who caused this mess in the first place. And he always will be. Forever and ever.

Yohannbiimu, ooooooohhhhh, then you won’t mind when the government legalizes gay marriage and abortion. As for the rest, Obama didn’t get us into Iraq and Afghanistan; he’s getting them OUT. Obama didn’t deregulate the hell out of Wall Street, and Bush didn’t reform the health care system.Oh, and it wasn’t Obama who caused the financial crisis. That was your boy, all the way.

“..275 …liberal groups saying…raised taxes needed to balance the budget when the economy is slow “would risk tipping a faltering economy into recession…” …LIKE NOW???… We have 40 Million people paying ZERO Income Taxes and earn over $50K.
