    Ok…the misspellings all came from the Right side of the Tea Pot. I seem to recall being told to “Make English America’s Offical Language…”

    dt: You ARE aware that “Hispanics” had been settling in the Americas for nearly a century and a half before those “English speakers” showed up at Plymouth? You’re also aware that today’s Americans wouldn’t be able to understand most of that 1620’s “English”? Heck, most can’t speak or spell “American English” any more. Nope, there’s no arguing with ignorance.

    In fact, it takes substantial training and experience before the operators of Plimoth Plantation (the living history museum) even allow new employees to speak, because they have to make sure they can respond with proper dialect.www.plimoth.org
