Interesting that water IS critical and corporations ARE trying to get private control away from “government” water management “monopoly”. On the bright side, Andhauser(sp) Bush has provided canned water to many disaster areas as have several other beer companies that DEPEND ON “pure” water for their operations. Coke in Viet Nam tasted more like the Mekong than soda. The ocean would also be far safer and taste better than Potomac water,even after the last few years of “cleanup”.

I used to live on the Potomac….no WAY I would drink from it….ew!
