There is a long history of outsider intervention in African politics where one dictator is removed only to be replaced by another who rose up through the ranks of the oppressed. Specifically to Uganda and African nations, ever heard of Charles Taylor? Where ARE all those corporate warfare private armies based, at least their corporate headquarters? Where are guns for hire most hired? The third world IS the real open market for terror for hire, but we in the U.S. can’t be bothered by something as silly as people being mutilated, by the thousands, when “Jersey Shore” is on the tube.
