I have seen this strip before and didn’t catch that he had stripped down. I thought he pulled the splinter himself at first. I really missed the joke.
Apparently Arlo is playing “dermatologist patient”. (My female dermatologist has movie-star good looks, so I don’t entirely blame him.)
