Oh wow, I have one related to live chicks in an egg container coming up on my strip in about 2 weeks! It’s amazing when more than one person happens to be thinking about the same thing around the same time.
Somebody didn’t candle those eggs very well!! :( (to candle-to sort eggs by use of a light to see the condition of the shell and contents.) I know, I grew up on an egg farm.
Awww… that’s so cute! I loved that book when I was a kid. I think Zig should adopt this little chick. After all, the mouse, the bird and the cat could use a new friend!
