How much does the right to vote mean in a country that’s a Monarchy?

Well it’s very important to choose who gets to do what the Monarchy tells them to do.

DRIVE,NOOOOOO. When I arrived in Iran in 72,women could not even ride in the front of a car. if it was a truck they always rode in the back,and this was no matter what the weather.They could never inherit any thing,only a male could.
