Liar. He offered to take a lie detector and they refused. The “review” was BS. Seven witnesses recanted. One of hte other two confessed to one of the seven. No physical evidence linked Davis to the crime.

He offered to take the lie detector test at the last minute when all other appeals failed. Why not? The fact is, the guy had 20 years to win his appeals, and couldn’t. As for the witness recants, what can you remember about what you saw 22 years ago? Is your memory of that day better or worse than your memories of last week? Bottom line is, he got his justice. All this hoopla today is about people who like to find fault with anything and everything they know nothing about.

Davis repeatedly offered to take a “lie detector” test, but polygraph isn’t acceptable to the courts as “proof”. SCOTUS reviewed only “process” not “guilt”, and they’ve hung a lot of us out to dry on that, like in “Citizens United”.
