So Very True. The Founders of this brave new government knew that only a moral people could keep it together. You can be non-christian and still be moral.

Well, yes, the country has been on the skids for decades. And if you go back you can trace that downfall, it began about 1962 or so. That’s when single parent households began to rise, private debt began to rise, teens pregnancies began to rise, teen suicides began to rise, graduation rates began to fall, welfare began to rise.

    .

You know what else began right around 1962?

    .

    The liberal movement….

Agree with fennec, and the cartoon, and “uber-righties” will never understand either one.

actually the deal went kinda like this.

frank and dodd were allowed to leverage the housing market to the moon, while bush and the neocons were allowed to leverage every other aspect of the economy to richen up the bankers and the military industrial complex to the moon.

the left and the right each compromised to get their way at the cost of the middle class.

two sides of the same coin.

and they bribed the middle class with cheap money to let them get away with it.

Barack Obama is ruining the lives of millions. Get off your highhorse and help get rid of this failure of a public servant.
