    Now you know, I seem to recall that during his reign, ole Darth Cheney was never, or almost never, to be seen in daylight. I came to the conclusion that it was because he was concerned that someone might notice that he didn’t (and no doubt still doesn’t) cast a shadow. Or for that matter, have a reflection in a mirror.     Since Cheney is the Darth Vader of American Politics, the cartoon is highly relevant. Cheney gives real meaning to such terms as vindictiveness and malice.
