Use those tea bags as life preservers? Thankfully, no, this IS still America where SOME people believe in helping their neighbors, even if they have to pay for it with taxes.
Having years of experience, the ‘toon is in fact, dead on. As to “theone”, my experience also has shown that when the going got tough, his type got going, as fast as possible, away from “trouble”. (just like Cheney- the “role model”) To his credit, even Rumsfeld, who I don’t care for, at least responded like a human being on 9/11 at the Pentagon, Cheney would not have, and didn’t, from his “secure, undisclosed location”, and THAT is where my experience with people shapes my attitudes.
@Motive Magus from yesterday, Apple does have a great business model (there were and are better players out there), which proves that if you have a sound plan people will buy anything (case in point…pokemon cards). As far as my system goes back in 2004 when my brother got an ipod from my uncle he installed itunes and it took over as the default player without asking. Seeing the quicktime logos on my mp3s got me irate since quicktime sucks (IMHO). I’ve since learned (through hacking somewhat) to use only itunes and to get rid of the stuff the .exe comes along with, such as bonjour.
As for prices compare Apple’s mack book with a Toshiba and you’ll see a big price difference. NOTE: I used comparable features such as processing power, RAM, ROM, and screen size to make it fair.
Shhh, vhammon: their minds are made up, don’t confuse them with facts.
Gray: Old buddy, that “help your neighbor” is the Christian Mantra. Might try reading that Bible your GOP buddies keep thumping. Jmatt: You forget FEMA, run by a Republican federal administration, was responsible to the after effects “relief” effort and “Great job, Brownie” was gone as fast as Bush could get his embarrassing horse show running butt out the door. This is why the TEA Poohers tried to crash the economy and let our credit rating go to pieces. How do you expect anarchistic atheists to act when you put them in a position of power? If you don’t swat them on their spoiled brat butts and send them home to their Mommies, you have to deal with them constantly whining about not getting their way “TODAY, NOW, Me, Me Me. Ayn Rand is our God!!!!!!”I really wish you guys would only lie about the past I haven’t actually lived through or about ethics that aren’t based on REAL Christianity. You are, at best, tiresome Big Lie repeaters.
