Apparently they are trying to catch flies to use for fishing bait.

They’re fly fishing!

City dudes, dropped off in the woods to go fly fishing.

Bought a package trip from some fast-talking, fly-by-night tour operator.

The flies just aren’t biting this morning — maybe they should try fly tying instead.

Fly fishing. But a light is used in certain types of fishing and gigging.

Tie one on…………………….

Doesn’t a light attract moths and not flies? i am not nit-picking the strip—just wondering if we are missing something (although “fly fishing” is a good pun).

At least Guy and Rod went this route for fly fishing instead of them getting their hooks caught on the front of their pants…

I don’t know Susan, if it was a “fly by night” salesman shouldn’t he be puttering around in the light too?

What, nobody here goes moth fishing? In Traverse City they go fish fly fishing……and oh, yeah, the Mackinac Bridge is for sale….I’m accepting offers….(And it’s NAW not NAC, just as a reminder!)

No way in hell will i do that. Even if i did like fish.

Don’t flies go toward the light, as well? Moths are obviously more famous for it, but I think flies (and many other insects ) are also attracted to light.
