Way back when first class postage was 22 cents, I had a can of deodorant with a notice on the back to the effect: if the 15 cent coupon that was supposed to come with this product is missing, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to…. (for those slow at math, you would have to spend 44 cents to get a 15 cent coupon)
Brought an unopened package from the net to the USPS that said retun postage guarenteed. The hard pressed government empluyee asked if I wanted to pay extra for delivery confermation. Then the Civil Servant angel handed me an acceptance receipt and told buy if I was smart enough(?) to buy with a computer, I was smart enough to track with my computer. I found a civil Civil Servant!
Poor Ziggy, you look so bloated. Well Zig, it does not take much to figure that one out. Rebates can be a bit tricky. You must follow all the instrucitons to a T. But in your case I would just forget it!
