Man: Hey! Is that you, Barack? What's the answer to the mess we're in? Where are we headed? Who's in charge? Are you ready to lead, Mr. President? Give us a program. Could you say something to give us confidence? Give us a sign? Or something? Yesterday upon a stair... I met a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today... he always seems to be away.

But it’s true. And those who crow about it — diverting blame from the traitors they elected — show complete disregard for the welfare and safety of the nation. They’ll be sorry soon enough. This mess won’t leave them unscathed… and they’ll have to come up with a new scapegoat to lambast.
__He should have taken a stand on higher ground, instead of going down to their level. By doing so he gave them credibility.

But it’s been congress walking out. Now the congress is taking a holiday. There used to be a time when congress could go to lunch with the “other side” and not have all this hatred.

That last panel has a good point. Has the President said anything to instill confidence and hope in people that things will get better. All I have heard is the doom and gloom.
