That store clerk reminded me of an old comedy routine. I can’t remember who it was. Would any of you folks know.?

He’s great with directions— got them there quick!

I really like this one, for art and dialog!

In 1967 Hal Holbrook did a stand-up of “Mark Twain Tonight” relating his experience in a hotel at night. Hilarious. The entire episode can be found on “Mark Twain Tonight Youtube”.

Interesting how Jim Scancarelli’s name is spelled differently on the table (y vs. i).

@C. Kleissas — Actually, that’s a small “i” on the table dotted with a big circle; the top of the circle just got swallowed up by the table’s black line. If you go back a day, you can see how it normally looks. You’re right tho, it does look a lot like a “y” on this strip.

Like I said two days ago to Ladyfingers, the locals don’t know where it is either.

Shopkeeper: “Only $220 a night.” Skeezix: “That much for your spare bedroom??” Shopkeeper: “You should have booked with Priceline.”
