Somewhere in California there is a chant of “we lead the way”. In our case, one hour away in Ann Arbor.

Everyone has a right to their own priorities. I never shopped at a Joes, but got quite a few flyers. I now do weekly groceries at a Sprouts, even tho’ it’s 7 miles one way and I have conventional groceries of many brands all closer- one less than a mile RT.

I like Trader Joe’s but I don’t buy all that much there. Partly because only some of their stuff is any kind of bargain and partly because the nearest one is 3 counties away. Of course with my rural location, the nearest full grocery store is 10 miles away. Nearest costmore type place is 5 miles.

TJ’s is coming to Texas soon! (But not San Antonio for some years, unfortunately)

I don’t get it…what’s wrong with people shopping at TJ’s and sending their kids to legit private schools?

Wow. I’m lucky. Where I live there’s a Trader Joe’s across the street from the school. Can life get any better!
