They can’t tell a cat from a tube slide.

Dill knows more than he sometimes lets on.

Sure, Dad, blame it all on the cats.

@Up the Rabbit Hole: you must not have cats. My neutered male cats have all been real big on sniffing around and growling, howling, yowling, meowing, and in general letting the nearby world know that this is their territory. Luckily, most have been all talk and no action, which keeps the vet bills down.

My neighbor had a cat who they allowed to stay outside all day and night, and he’d get into scrapes with other outdoor cats as he was very shall I say – assertive. I’d be in my yard with my one cat who was allowed to be out with me, and the noise that would ensue could have lifted the dead.

They do indeed, Dill.

Yes, I agree with Dill, adults do live in a strange little world…

its also a very narrow world. engoy life while you can.

I can easily ignore the noise cats make if it’s my bedtime (like now) but preying on nice native birds makes me angry and I will avenge them!
