Capp knew very little about the South or country people! Both my mother and grandmother were country girls and they would not have been caught dead dressed like Daisy Mae or the “Hee Haw” girls. Don’t forget Capp pleaded guilty to sexually harrassing some co-eds on a college campus he was appearing at. The fact that he was always drawing scantly clad women showed where his mind was!
