On London: it’s sad to see when London Bobbies will need to be armed. The time of proper civility is coming to an end (or has already). vidazzle: The whole thing started back when Thatcher Americanized the police with guns. It only took one trigger-happy racist to light the fuse and “law and order” went out the window. As we said back in the ‘60s, you can’t have stable law and order without the third leg – justice.
