Driver: Don't bother. I already have a speeding ticket.
I think that the idea here is that the driver JUST RECEIVED the first ticket a few minutes ago.
If you don’t pay a ticket, they just issue a warrant, they don’t bother with anything else.
My life needs a speeding ticket. Each day just zooms by.

Thought it was like a parking ticket. Get one, leave it on the dashboard, good for the rest of the day…
