Yes it is Al Capp’s drawings. From the 1930’s. It gets more refined as we go to the 40’s & 50’s.
Daisy Mae in 1936 look very different from the Daisy Mae of the fifties and sixties. A little more slender. Or, perhaps, less “healthy”.
