Ted Rall for November 17, 2008
Transcript:
In accordance with custom, the media demand that the new Democratic president tack to the ideological center. (Man: Obama won the campaign as a centrist. But he'll have to govern from the center.) (Woman: Obviously.) How can a centrist become more centrist? (Man 1: You must reach out to the fagbashers, racists and Jesus freaks.) (Barack Obama: What, no skinheads?) (Man 1: Passe. Totally 1987.)
